Merchandise ordered before 13:00 JST will be shipped the following day except for Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Japan Post Office will ship merchandise through Express Mail Service (EMS) or REGISTERED AIR Small PACKET (International ePacket). Under ordinary conditions, international shipping will take approximately a week to a maximum of four weeks depending on conditions such as weather, the season, postal situation or destination. Japan Post Office provides a shipment tracking service. We will send a “tracking number” to each customer.
Careful packing is guaranteed, however, if by any chance any unexpected damage is seen on delivery, simply do not accept the package and check the contents together with the local post office staff, confirming there is no damage or other issue.
